I'm in the market for a 4x4 four wheeler and ready to buy. I'm looking for something that's been well taken care of, with everything in good working orderno major issues or fixer-uppers, please.

Must-haves:

4x4 capability
Reliable engine and drivetrain
Functional brakes, lights, and electrical
Clean title (if applicable)

I have a 2012 Artic Cat 450i in camo that I'd consider letting go. No major issues that I know of. Just put in a new battery and changed the oil. Located in Bryan if you're interested.

Another possible option for you: I have a 2004 HONDA TRX400FGA that I would sell. This is the FourTrax Rancher with automatic transmission. Purchased new and now has less than 600 hrs. PM me if interested and we can get into more details. It "checks your boxes" in OP. (I'm CS based.)
