UPDATE 12/23/22
These are now sold. I'll leave the whole post, in case someone is interested in the future.
We belong to the DVC and have points that we will not be able to use this year. Our home resort is the Boardwalk, and use year begins 12/01, so we have an 11 month window we can reserve at the Boardwalk, or 7 month window we can book at all other DVC properties.
We have 500 points we can use this year, 250 from last year, and 250 for this year.
The going rate for points currently on the boards is $20/point.
I've included the 2023 point charts from an outside source (so I cannot vouch for accuracy, but I would assume correct, or very close) for reference sake, to know how many points are needed for what type of room and during what time of year.
All rooms, outside of studio, have kitchen, washer/dryer, and are on property.
In my opinion, the 2 BR is the best, as you get a master suite, a living area with 1 or 2 pullout beds, another bedroom with 2 queen beds (maybe full??). We have had 6 in this setting and had plenty of room for more if needed.
Great ambiance and experience for anyone going to Disney for the first time or the 10th time.

DVC points vs $$$
If anyone is interested, let me know and I'm happy to see if what you are looking for is available, and what cost would be.
FYI, the earlier you decide, the more likely you can get what you want, when you want it.
