It is probably asking too much, but I think it would be great for Texags to do a rundown of former players that are coaches in college or high school head coaches.

It would be a good job for an intern to keep track of and update. It would also give posters a quick reference on who we should hire when other coaches are fired or leave.

I mean if you didn't have a passed out in a planter moment in college did you really even live? Can't fault a guy that heaven forbid acted like a college kid in college. Glad he is a successful family man now!!!

I know not a former player, but I'm shocked each time I see Aaron Moorehead on the Eagles' sideline.

Nah, it's like the Arkansas hoop earring hottie. Will always be something we have. Who doesn't have buddies that bring up stupid things you did in the past? It's just having fun. Nobody wishes him bad.

I did for former players coaching in college or the NFL for a few years. Wasn't a ton of interest, but I'll see if I can find that thread to update.

High School was more difficult to track because high school's don't all maintain staff pages and bios the way colleges do.

I like the part where he calls himself "Trill" cuz he's half truth and half ill.

Get it?

Cuz he's really, really good and the kids say he's the truth, but also, sometimes, he doesn't feel real good..

I was stationed in South Carolina during the 2014 SC game and worked security at Williams-Brice Stadium for a squadron fundraiser. They positioned me at the top of the student section, right underneath the damn jumbotron speakers.

Watching the gamecocks' confusion as we beat up on their top-10 team was pretty damn fun. I'll always appreciate Trill for that, and for keeping them from playing sandstorm nonstop.

That was a hell of a night. One of my favorite road experiences as an Aggie... never encountered a more cocky (no pun intended) fan base than those sons of *****es.

They weren't anywhere near a top-10 team, though they did beat a 10-win UGa team a few weeks after our game. What still ponders all Aggies everywhere is how Hill could look so good in that game and so bad most of the rest of the year. Or, at least once the rest of conference started. I know SoCar's defense was putrid that night, but Hill's display, whether it was against a top defense or a 7th grade B team unit was still impressive. Passes hitting their mark in stride SHOULD count for something.

How in the world did that just disappear a few weeks later?

A&M Football was climbing the SEC ladder, just embarrassed USCe at home with Kenny on track to break JFFs '12 numbers and vaulting to the front of the Heisman race, then Northgate happened and we executed an epic downward spiral including 59-0... I'd say he's earned the butt of the joke status.

That South Carolina debut… Man what a great game and disappointing season. A true Sumlin Special.

First football game on the SEC Network, too.

Thank God YOU'RE not my "buddy". You know, the kind of "buddy" that would name me by name on a public site seen by tens or hundreds of thousands, talking about one of my embarrasing moments when I was young, and then say it's just fun.

It didn't end well here, but his game vs S Carolina on that Thursday night to open up the post Johnny era was one of the most fun games I've watched. He cooked.

How does a former QB become a RB coach?
That never made sense to me. It's like a former CB becoming a DL coach.
