Ugh, that must feel so defeating. I know that when I'm getting cooler air here, my northern friends are really feeling it/paying for it. I ran in 70s on Saturday so today was a welcome break!

Front squat: 20,15,10 moderate weight for unbroken sets

Back squat 5x5 built to moderately heavy 5

Alt back lunges w/ barbell @75 3x20

15 mins of:
10 box jumps 30"
60 sec plank hold with 45 plate on back
15 wide hand spacing good form pushups
