Depends on what you want. Here are some that I have eaten at that I would go to again or recommend:
Outside of the Galleria, there is
Jenni's Noodle House which is a casual place to eat pho, soup, spring rolls and such but I don't think they serve alcohol.
Kenny & Ziggy's has some great Jewish/Yiddish type food but again, I don't think they serve alcohol.
Maggiano's Little Italy is a nice place and you can go from casual to dressy. They have a bar at the front of the restaurant.
The same applies to
Grand Lux Cafe. My opinion is that the location here has a 'Casa Blanca' type look.
Americas has a trendy Central American decor with Central- and Southern-American food. Think of a higher end version of the Amazon Grill...
If you are in the mood for something Greek/Mediterranean, there is
Yia Yia Mary's which is part of the Papas empire.
For pizza, salads and drinks, you can hit up
California Pizza Kitchen.
Here is a list of businesses in the Galleria from Simon Malls - choose the section titled 'Restaurants (Order via wait staff)'. The ones you'll most likely be intersted in are Kona Grill (mentioned above), Cheesecake Factory, Zucchini's, Daily Grill, etc. These are all nice but casual. If you don't mind eating on the lower level (rink level), there is Chili's, Ninfa's and Rainforest Cafe among others.
