Surprisingly down $10K from last year (about a -2.0% decrease) in Lochwood/NE Dallas. What are others seeing?

That's a 165% increase in Market Value since 2015 or a 135% in Taxable Value. Current cap is well under market.

How did you keep them from raising the value to purchase price? Seems like the county always gets it's hands on purchase price and raises accordingly but would love to find a way around that (Dallas).
