Friends of Chamber Music's 30th season has brought the world to Bryan/College Station stages, with sold-out concerts and international talent: British organist Anna Lapwood, Scandinavian string players and folk musicians, and of course the beloved Canadian Brass. Now, we're closing our amazing season with American voices and a celebration of the United States' 250th anniversary. The men of Cantus, a low-voice a cappella ensemble, will bring their resonant harmonies to the Bush Library on Friday, April 17, at 7 p.m., for a stirring concert of songs capturing the collective spirit of the United States and its wide-ranging musical traditions. This is a FREE concert, but because space is limited, registration is required: Sign up here. See you there, music lovers!
