I have a new neighbor 4 miles away. He stopped by and noticed the very old Windmill wasn't working. He offered to fix it this morning and of I said yes. Good people!

YEP. Something very medicinal and soothing about it....Until the damn thing needs service. Its getting to be harder and harder to find a well service that will work on them (much less have the knowledge to).....becoming a lost art.

That's cool! How many .22 caliber holes are in that Aeromotor tail? Never seen one that wasn't perforated by a few.

I'm still a DIY guy, but you are correct. My son has no desire to learn how to even pull a well, much less how to service or take down a motor.
