My wife wants to learn to shoot, pistol at minimum. I have heard that teaching one's spouse to shoot can be, um, maritally stressful. Also, I work at nights and on weekends, so my schedule makes it difficult to take her to the range.

Can the Great and Powerful OB recommend any firearms instructor(s), especially for women, in the BCS area?

Also, yes, it is generally a terrible idea to try to teach a spouse how to shoot, which is usually exacerbated by a lack of experience/familiarity with teaching women to shoot, and the particular issues they may encounter.

Karl (the K in KR) has been teaching since the mid-90s, you would be really hard pressed to find anyone better. We also have lots of loaner guns.
