My brother, 2 brothers-in-law and I are headed to Canada in July for a week to fish for walleye, pike and smallmouth. Any recommendations for good online sources for tackle?

Between all of us, we mostly have stuff for largemouth and other southern lake species and saltwater stuff.

Big jig heads and minnows. Bottom bounce those suckers on rocks and you'll slam walleye.

I order these jig heads for use with zoom fat Albert grubs. They are long shank with wide hook gaps that are hard to find in Texas tackle stores. They are my goto for smallmouths (green pumpkin color) and worked great everywhere I have used them including Ontario

As already mentioned, heavy ball jig heads with minnows for everything else.

We just loaded up on the jig heads at the lodge's tackle shop once we got there. They will know which colors are getting bit the best at the time, too.

Don't count out lures you use around here. I got to fish Ontario for a couple years. A buddy and I from Texas did as well using our H&H spinners, road runners, rapalas and rattle traps we'd use for sand bass as we did with all the "Yankee" tackle we bought. Have a great time!
