Has anyone ever appealed the arbitrations decision to district court? I've protested many times. I've gone myself the majority of the time and have hired professionals as well. Sometimes the arbitration gives us a break and sometimes they don't. In one instance it seemed like the 70 year old Indian man(from India) literally just listened to what the county rep told him my property was worth and that's what he went with. Zero concern for what I had to say or the proof I brought.

I'm curious if anyone has had any luck taking it past arbitration and to district court? I'll hang up and listen.
