Howdy, I have 6 Meross Smart plugs that I run on the Meross App to schedule several lighting scenarios. I put these in several years ago. Now, a new smart plug has to run on the Apple home setup, which I do not have. Thinking a 2026 update to the system, getting an Apple Home Pod and new Meross plugs. What are y'alls thoughts on that? Thanks!

Apple Home replaced HomeKit recently. Apple has transitioned to the Matter cross-program protocols so make sure you have Matter or Apple Home certified smart devices or your Home Pod won't have anything to control.
