Maybe he's reaching for the fact that Fox should have some sort of professional work clause in Sanchez's contract about drinking and behavior within X of hours before he's on TV? Like an airline pilot not drinking before a flight? It sounds like a reach to me, but I'm sure it's fun to drag a giant name into your lawsuit

Since Sanchez doesn't live in Indy, and he's there specifically for Fox in a work capacity, staying in a hotel paid for by Fox, and likely got drunk on a healthy per diem from Fox, I get why they're named. Whether or not he's on the clock probably doesn't matter to a certain extent. It's a civil suit, it's all a money grab, but on first glance I'd say Fox has some liability in the matter because he's their employee but Sanchez should owe the lion's share of the settlement.
