Burleson County Title is an established, community-focused title company in Caldwell, TX seeking a motivated Escrow Officer to join our team.

- Manage escrow/opening to closing for residential transactions
- Prepare and review closing documents, title commitments, and HUD/closing statements
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and vendors to ensure smooth closings
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Train, mentor, and lead staff; improve office workflows and processes
- Problem-solve transaction issues and communicate proactively with all parties
- Build and maintain strong community and industry relationships
- Proven experience as an escrow officer, closer, or in title operations (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Self-starter with good judgment and the ability to independently manage multiple files
- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to supervise/train team members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable building relationships with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers
- Knowledge of Texas title practices and escrow procedures preferred
- Proficiency with title/closing software and Microsoft Office
