[Expressing a different point of view is fine and even encouraged, but this is clearly a troll and not an attempt at serious conversation. Humor is good too if intended to create a shared laugh, but this isn't that. Feel free to tee up a topic that you would like to share with others -- Staff]
After spending time debating on here, as well as seeing posts on X and various other political message boards, I compiled a list of new Constitutional rights based on what MAGA posters and the federal gocernment is currently claiming.
Keep in mind a majority of these new rules aren't only happening in real time, but are justifications of certain citizens to avoid accountability.
I'd urge you to send to anyone to avoid family and loved ones being assaulted or even killed:
Apparently the Constitution has been updated (Minnesota Edition):
1st Amendment Freedom of Speech
You're free to speak, protest, and record government agents in public, unless that speech is inconvenient, embarrassing, or aimed at federal officers. At that point, filming becomes "interference" and may be met with pepper spray or bullets.
2nd Amendment Right to Bear Arms
You still have the right to legally carry a firearm, except if you're present during a federal operation. Then your mere existence becomes a "perceived threat," and law enforcement may preemptively kill you and sort out the facts later.
4th Amendment Unreasonable Search & Seizure
You have the right to be secure in your person, unless federal agents decide they're uncomfortable. You also no longer have this right if you speak another language or a person of color. No warrant required. No crime required.
5th Amendment Due Process
You're entitled to due process before being deprived of life or liberty, unless an officer says "I feared for my safety," which now replaces investigation, evidence, and trial.
6th Amendment Right to a Trial
You have the right to a fair and speedy trial, unless you're shot dead first. In that case, the trial is replaced with a press release.
8th Amendment Excessive Force
Cruel and unusual punishment is prohibited, except when the punishment is death for being in the wrong place, filming the wrong people, or trying to help someone who was pepper sprayed.
10th Amendment States' Rights
States can object to federal overreach, but federal agencies can still operate, kill someone, control the scene, and block local accountability. States may complain afterward.
New Unwritten Amendment (2026):
If the government kills someone, the burden of proof is now on the public to explain why the government shouldn't have done it.
