Does anyone here know what happens to the American citizens that are cuffed up by ICE for interfering with their lawful duties. Hopefully they go to the hoosegow. Is it a federal crime, or are they released to the local authorities?
Also, can the administration of President Trump sue sanctuary states to end their immigration policies? What about arresting local mayor's and politicians for formenting a rebellion.
Can somebody shed some light on what can be done so ICE can do their job. Thanx for any replies.

I suspect they are quickly released on bond, and unless there is a physical assault on an officer the charges are eventually dismissed.

They are deported to the worst most deplorable country of all: CANADA

simple assault - 1 year

aggravated assault 8 years

deadly weapon, bodily injury - 20 years

That car lady was looking at 20 years.

You ever seen that Mark Wahlberg movie Shooter where Michael Pena is hooked up to that contraption that forces the user to hold the gun that shoots him in the head? I like to think that's what we do.

In actuality they probably get let out of the car on the way to jail.

They can bring federal charges, but in these areas the grand jury won't send to trial
