Yeah I remember that too. Having Texas plates where we would go skiing was enough to be treated rudely. Beautiful state, ugly people.

California might already be in a death spiral even if it doesn't hit the ballot. If they have lost $1T then those "normal" state rates wont be collected and of course they'll never shrink the budget.
