What impedes the Executive Branch (aside from the Federal courts) from withdrawing all ICE enforcement from Minnesota along with the minimization/cessation of any federal aid to the state and announcing that any illegal caught outside the state will be prosecuted and returned to their country of origin----guaranteeing their continued presence in Minnesota and a likely movement of many illegals to the state where they can be picked up later after the state cries uncle.

Not exactly easy to stop sending money. And even then you may have a constitutional problem with apportionment of the tax revenues by the feds.

Enforce E-Verify, arrest fraudsters, debank illegals, cut off welfare to illegals, penalize employers, seize remittances to all countries with a 50% or more tax. Cut the money flow off along with aggressive deportation.

Might be the first time we agree. I could absolutely see them doing it, but the question would be were they too stupid to know, or just trolling. It could really go either way.

10K penalty per illegal found working for an employer/subcontractor and actually using E verify would go a long way. Dry up employment and no benefits and there will be a tsunami of illegals self deprting on the southern border!!

You don't abandon a state because a county or two is overrun.
