When has ICE committed crimes? They are enforcing federal law. These blue city idiots are spending a ton of energy targeting law enforcement instead of tending to their own criminal element.

Maybe if they didn't break the law themselves declaring themselves sanctuary cities then ICE wouldn't be so active there.

The da is saying state charges cant be dropped by the feds.

But, if his implication is that he is going to put ice officers on trial for actions he considers illegal, the case will not be heard in state courts. It would be moved to federal courts
