If you use anything in a manner that could cause death or serious bodily harm to someone who has a Gun, regardless of who they are, you should expect them to shoot at you.
Maybe I'm just crazy, but that sure seems to make sense to me?
ETA: 48 hr rule
This.
The Reddit threads of "no, her wheels were turned away from the cop when he shot her" ya, maybe, but she already tried to run them over and accelerated towards the guy the the gun to either hit him, others, or get away.
Not saying it was a perfectly clean shoot, but when you play with fire you're going to get burned. Don't drive your cars at people with guns and you won't get shot. There is zero chance of getting shot if you don't do that, there is a highly likely chance you get shot if you do.
First, he was not in front of the car until the driver put it in reverse backing counter clock-wise until he now
was in front of the car, then without turning the wheel yet, she put it in drive, and as she was hitting the gas, was in the process of turning to the right. When the wheels started to rotate forward, the wheels were pointed at best, between 11 and 12 o'clock.
So the cop finds himself suddenly in front of a vehicle who has reversed backward to aim at him, and he hears the engine rev up and wheels start to spin.
Also keep in mind that he obviously
could not see the wheels from where he was standing and the other obvious fact that even if he could see them, he's not a Marvel character. The last place his eyes would be were the wheels, but of the SUV coming at him.
