Tim Walz and AG Keith Ellison have officially been criminally referred to the DOJ for investigation and prosecution over mass Minnesota fraud.

The smoking gun is an internal audit discovered the vast fraud years ago and Walz didnt act upon it. Hard to pin blame on team R when the MN Auditor already discovered vast fraud.

Plus accusations of retaliation against employees who brought this issue up. If Walz was directing people to suppress fraud activities then yes hes a co-conspirator and part of the fraud even if he didnt financially benefit.
