I also thought it was great how he said these situations are perfectly fine to debate, but don't use the slanted media message as your starting and ending point. This was not a murder unless decided by some court at some time in the future.

I like a Vance-Rubio ticket for 2028. Unless they screw up or begin loving H1Bs all of a sudden.

I hope JD participates in more press events. He does a great job of messaging.

Someone told me that liberals/dems are the most emotional people. I looked around, evaluated my lib friend and they were all the emotional types. So this guy was right.

It was an excellent performance by him. I just hope the media actually listened to his words about their biased reporting. Scott Jennings called what the left is doing 'political vigilantism' and its exactly what JD Vance described to them.

Yep, Vance comes across more as the guy on the hunting trip who is sincerely ranting about how stupid everything has gotten.

I like spicy Vance.

I love DeSantis, because he is such an effective executive. DeSantis man wields the executive office in Florida like a rapier, he is just so great at setting, executing and defending amazing policies.

But, I don't think that DeSantis can demonstrate the type of fire that Vance put on show today.

With Vance, DeSantis, and Rubio all having such a great showing over the last few years, the GOP has a plethora of talent on the bench.

Vance just comes off as authentic and genuine.

And I think that is largely because he IS authentic and genuine.

Dude grew up in an opioid addicted home, and vowed to make the country a better place. He started with a book, and got his big break in Oprah's book club. He was sounding the alarm on the opioid crises very, very early.

I also likes the way that he deals with the press.

If you ask a stupid question, he points out that it is a stupid question, and then answers you like you don't already know the answer, and have to be taught first principles like a five year old.
