I was kinda hoping it was a one and done so these next two episodes could go scorched earth, but… I'm also enjoying the ride.

This clips sums up this show for me perfectly.

95% of the dialogue is just pure nonsense & i question why I'm even watching the show

Then he drops a simple one liner & im dying laughing for at least a minute (in this case it was $65 dollars!?)

Anybody know how they were allowed to get away with the BJ scene ending. That was pretty wild to see...

Also this show is absolutely hysterical. I love Tim Robinson.

Someone mentioned earlier on this thread that you are allowed to show stuff like that, as long as its not a real deek. As long as it's prosthetic, you can show it.

For me in episode 6 when Seth goes down to the basement and he yells "OH ********** SETH, NOW THERE'S A MARK ON THE DOOR!"

Definitely not a good episode. I think people who rave about this show do so because it is trendy.*

"Like ZOMG did u kno suit store guy is really a suit store guy IRL? So genius of Tim whatever to use a real person!!!"

Maybe this show is meant to be binged back to back to back. I can see 4+ hours of this show all the way through being more entertaining than a weekly break in between.

I'll stick around since the next one is the finale, but its looking like this show is more about creating a buzz around the zany and bizarre dialogue and weird ass inexplicable throwaway scenes so they can discuss them on the internet rather than appreciating a smart, tight well-told story.

* - Ironic a little but because that is what my post does

I love Tim Robinson, and this show is very on brand for him. I don't care what is/isn't trendy.

I get the feeling a lot of people are going to be disappointed after the finale. I doubt there will be some big payoff. It'll likely end with some super random "wtf was that" moment.

Liked the episode, and that there are answers to be had, but knowing there will be a season 2 makes me wonder if this spoils what's to come or if S2 will be totally different.

This episode was GREAT. Some fantastic wtf tangents

- It's called Wendy's Carvers. A fancier Wendy's. That's awesome!
- let's go home to your hot tub at YOUR house
- Soap in the porn fountain because it looks like waves!

It's completely irrelevant, but cracks me up how they sprinkle them in. Personally glad we got to see shirt store guy again, as well as that store /parts payoff.

any predictions for tonights finale?

Im guessing since they green-lit season 2 that it's going to be left as a cliffhanger. honestly, i wouldnt be surprised if the entire show is just a troll and we never find out anything tangible and the story is just about this weird guy that goes through great lengths because he was embarrassed one time at work.

What a weird ass episode. I don't see how such a loony show can sustain another season but here we are.

I knew it would need a sharp turn to extend into S2, but that was a doozy.

There will never be a coherent resolution but the show is just absurd enough to be enjoyable every week IMO.

Curious if this show is either a Shutter Island and Ron is bat**** crazy and a lot of this is in his head or like a Muholland Drive and Ron is dead stuck in a purgatory limbo and the conspiracy is a representation all of his unresolved issues.

This show is so ****ing weird. Not really sure why I kept watching, but it's definitely been a ride.

The scene where Ron goes into the shed and sees the cube with the weird shape seems to me that it was ripped straight from the short story Mimsy Were the Borogoves. The story is loosely related to Through the Looking Glass, the sequel to Alice In Wonderland.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mimsy_Were_the_Borogoves

Not the creepy face on the owner of Minnie Mouse, just the cube. And Alice is the name of the supposed villain from the previous episode.

Very odd coincidences for sure.

Saw some folks on reddit comparing the shed scene to this one from Mulholland Drive.

I figured it would have a weird letdown ending, so I wasn't disappointed in that regard. But overall, the show is getting less entertaining as it goes IMO. It's basically the same jokes over and over.
