Woke up at 4:45 a.m.

64 degrees with a thunderstorm in the Fort.

Peddle some hula hoops and black lettered donuts.

Ready for 5 p.m.

Choir practice and church tonight.

Pack for my trip to Searcy, Arkansas.

Arkansas Special Olympics Summer Games starts tomorrow at Harding University.

Today is the last full day of Benny's junior year. He has an early release day tomorrow, and then he's a senior. Seems like only weeks since it was still last summer and Tanya died. This year went by VERY QUICKLY.

Long night. Rained until 1am as far as I know. Me and the dogs were a mess this morning. Work is pretty light though so may just watch sec baseball all day.

Took daughter to see obsession again last night. That's my horror movie for the year. Don't need to watch another. June looks to be a decent movie month.

  • Diet Coke for breakfast
  • Had an early morning trip to the barber for a haircut and beard trim
  • I was looking for dinner spots in Seattle for my upcoming trip and found a place that does an A5 Wagyu sampler. (Snow, Ohmi, and Olive)
  • When visiting family a couple of weeks ago my mom tried to be helpful and wash some of the clothes I packed. She inadvertently washed my earbuds in the process. New ones arrive today!
  • Whenever I need a mood booster, I watch the 2009 Britains Got Talent clip of Susan Boyle. Just seeing her fulfill, laying it all out on the table, and absolutely nailing the audition makes me smile every time.
  • Have fun out there folks!

Day 5 in Southern Ireland. Visited Blarney Castle and kissed the Blarney Stone. That was a neat place.

One of the weirdest things I've noticed is there is a BUNCH of coors light available here. Supermarkets have cases and cases of it on hand. Every pub I've been in has it on tap.

I've asked several bartenders about it, and they all said that they sell almost as much Coors light as Guinness

I'm temporarily staying at a Super 8 next to a Pilot truck stop until my sister can get space ready for me at her place. It looks like this is where the lot lizards come for breakfast. All the little black dresses and short skirts were out in force at 8 AM.
