• Slept decent, just need more. Been waking up early for over a week now.
• I DO NOT HAVE ANY COLD DIET COKES. It's too early to make noise to get ice.
• Decided to get up. Will get about 45 minutes of travel work done.
• A client is cancelling a $20k cruise - that stinks. They are only losing $300.
• Quite a few meetings today. I think I shall cancel the 1st one.
• Travel work tonight

Sorry I'm late; I was watching another Fighting Texas Aggie National Championship.

Beautiful warm day in the West Georgia/east Alabama area today as we hit summer. Gotta start with a croissant, fruit and coffee.
Because a good day starts with good coffee.

Way back in the day when I was doing chemo, it was just me and one other patient in the infusion room one afternoon. It was usually just me in there, so it was nice to have someone to visit with while we got juiced up.

She had been scheduled for a cruise on the Black Sea. Had to cancel once she found out she had a recurrence of some sort of blood cancer after being clear for a long time.

She had travel insurance but I think her trip was quoted at $15k or something like that. She really wanted to go on that cruise, and she definitely didn't want to do chemo instead.

Sucks that your client had to cancel. Hope it's not for something serious.

Got a good deal of stuff accomplished at home this weekend but there is always more to do.

I did have some cottage queso plus dates, apple slices and blueberries. A well rounded first breakfast.

Started the day with garbage thrown about in the front yard. Wife likes to help put out the trash, just not the straps to keep the animals out. Grrr!

T-minus 4 days until the movers arrive! I'm looking forward to being in the heart of Plano! I'm really really looking forward to not moving again for a very, very, very long time.

I'm gonna pay this house off in 15 years or less and be done with all this crap!

No. They just decided it was too many sea days and the excursions were expensive.

I've had clients have to cancel for good, legitimate reasons. I have another $22k booking ($11k is flights) that might ahve to cancel as well. Already had a $15k one canceled for August.

None of it as bad as cancer, but still not cancelling because they want to.

63F with thunderstorms this morning. 100% chance of rain today. Could have 2" to 4". I love rainy days.

My last day on Ketorolac (anti-inflammatory/pain killer). It's giving me awful nausea, and I won't miss it. Going back on Motrin tomorrow.

Waiting patiently to hear that my family's land in Hardin County has sold. Hoping to drive Benny to Oregon and Washington this summer. That trip will be funded by this land sale.

Very sorry you have so much piled up, but go see your mom ASAP.

It was me. Now I have to travel with a gimp foot. That will be awesome.

In your online reservation you have the option for "mobility assistance " or similar language to facilitate your getting around the airports. We used this a lot in Mexico City and Atlanta and you basically tip your wheelchair pusher $20-30. This also gets you pre-boarding privileges. When you check in at your airline there will be a wheelchair assistance kiosk or agent close by. No extra cost to request this service and they help you claim and move your luggage as well.

You can request wheelchair assistance on the airline website. It's free (should tip though) Hope you feel better.
