Four colleges have a color in the name of the school. But not all have that color as one of their school colors.
This has always bothered me. It was teed right up and someone said "naw, never mind".
Bowling Green is the first one I always think of. they neither have green as a school color nor do they have a bowling team.

Siena University is another. A lovely brown-orange, but they walk right past it.

There are two schools though that have a color in their name that use that color, although just barely.
Navy uses navy blue as an official school color, but a secondary one.

Another is our SEC brethren, Auburn, who uses a shade of auburn as a secondary color. but it's actually more of an orange than an auburn. In fact, one could argue it's not auburn at all.
