Yesterday I purchased 3 tickets for the entire regionals series, that were supposed to be together and just behind our dugout.

The gentleman who sold me the tickets had so many issues transferring them to me that we had to involve the 12th Man Foundation to help him.

Once I got the tickets I found that 1 was behind the dugout on 1st level and 2 were on 2nd level along 1st base. Nowhere close!

I texted the seller and he truly didn't know his tickets weren't together, and apologized. I couldn't take the friend I invited because they weren't together, and I wasn't excited about sitting in full sun.

I didn't feel right asking him to take them back because he had so much trouble getting them to me, so I listed them all on Seatgeek.

Then he sent a text saying he would take them back (I did not ask).

I began delisting them on Seatgeek and transferring them back to him when I found that one of them sold!

So I decided I would just sell the rest on Seatgeek.

I cancelled the transfers (which had not been accepted) back to the gentleman and put them back on Seatgeek, No errors.

But next time I logged into Seatgeek, the listings were "inactive". When I tried to make them active, I got an error "these tickets are not eligible for resale Please contact your ticket provider."

In the 12th Man app, they show "listed on Seatgeek" so I can't do anything with them.

My amazing contact at the Foundation has been working on it for hours (on her day off!) but still no solution. Customer Service at Seatgeek also worked on it for hours with no resolution.

So I can't sell, transfer or use the tickets!

Anyone else?
