Happened to us earlier this year… they refunded our money, but had to buy other tickets to get into a game.

Yeh A&M/Texas baseball regional couple years ago we got screwed by SeatGeek. Said confirmed, we called multiple times and were told all good and we'd have the tickets in plenty of time. Well, we never got the tickets. Got our money back but were left scrambling for crappier seats right at gametime.
